| Page wizard |
In the first instance all pages are linked to a menu. On creating a new page easy2edit opens a Page Wizard you can use to create a menu item for the page. On making your selection the menu item is created at the same time as the page. In addition, the page layout and the template/structure are also displayed in a selection. Easy2edit pre-selects the customary option; you can either change the selection or just click the mouse to continue. |
| Publishing wizard |
This wizard will help you transfer a large number of images or files on the website at one stroke if you are working on Windows XP. If you are working with Vista, you can use the publishing wizard to transfer a number of images to the website at one stroke. |
| Guest book |
Visitors can leave a message in the guest book. |
| News |
This module enables you to keep your website or Intranet completely up to date by including daily or periodic (news) articles on your site. Linking a date to an article deletes it on the specified date. The RSS feeds included in the module can be used to display articles from external news sites. You can also use RSS to publish reports and releases, etc. |
| Staff |
Used to display your staff on the site, together with personal details – also useful for internal purposes within large organisations. The information can be supplemented with e-mail addresses and telephone numbers. |
| Business relationships |
Used to create an online address book. Visitors logging in on your site are then addressed personally. The module can be used to define groups for the rights structure or for an e-mail mailshot. |
