easy2edit Enterprise: easy2edit Professional comprises the following modules. An excellent choice for your website and extranet (website after login).
Links	Used to manage links to other sites or pages; any links which change need to be edited just once
Images	Used for the simple management of your images
Form	Used for the creation of request and/or reply forms
Photo album	Used to display selected images
Menu editor	Used for the simple editing of the menu
Text editor	Used for the simple editing of the text and pages
Summary lists	Comprehensive lists of all menus, text items, links and images, including of a search option
Page wizard	In the first instance all pages are linked to a menu. On creating a new page easy2edit opens a Page Wizard you can use to create a menu item for the page. On making your selection the menu item is created at the same time as the page. In addition, the page layout and the template/structure are also displayed in a selection. Easy2edit pre-selects the customary option; you can either change the selection or just click the mouse to continue.
Publishing wizard	This wizard will help you transfer a large number of images or files on the website at one stroke if you are working on Windows XP. If you are working with Vista, you can use the publishing wizard to transfer a number of images to the website at one stroke.
Guest book	Visitors can leave a message in the guest book.
News	this module enables you to keep your website or Intranet completely up to date by including daily or periodic (news) articles on your site. Linking a date to an article deletes it on the specified date. The RSS feeds included in the module can be used to display articles from external news sites. You can also use RSS to publish reports and releases, etc.
Staff	used to display your staff on the site, together with personal details – also useful for internal purposes within large organisations. The information can be supplemented with e-mail addresses and telephone numbers.
Business relationships	used to create an online address book. Visitors logging in on your site are then addressed personally. The module can be used to define groups for the rights structure or for an e-mail mailshot.
Search option	Searches the whole site in one sweep.
Files	For placing files on the website.
Mail and printoption	offers an opportunity to mail or print a page; useful for purposes such as directions on how to reach your company or a vacancy.
Diary	all employees can update their diary on the site. Employees with the appropriate user level can view or schedule appointments in other diaries.
Banner	enables you to place advertisements/messages on your site, if so required with a link to another site. Linking a date to a banner automatically removes it on the specified date.
Log	Keeps records of the pages that have been visited, and the downloads.
PDF	You can use this module in combination with other modules so that you can make PDF files of, for example, orders, offers, work vouchers and kilometre overviews.
Easytree	Neat and clear fold-out menu (sitemap) for quick navigation within the website
Media	enables you to include film clips, with or without sound, in your web-based application
Poll	used to manage multiple polls
Language switch	used to display text in different languages
Forum	the easy2edit forum enables users and/or visitors to communicate with one another on a specific subject. Emoticons can be added if so required. Questioners receive an e-mail when someone on the forum responds to their question.
FAQ	simplifies the management of frequently asked questions and the associated answers. Grouping the questions increases convenience and makes them easy to manage. The easy2edit FAQ module includes a search function for ease of searching within the FAQs.
Users (groups)	enables you to group users and assign read and write rights – an ideal module for your Intranet
Memos	an extremely useful module when linked to your business relationships. You enter useful information in the module, and easy2edit shows that a memo is linked to this business relation. Linking a follow-on task for yourself or a colleague to a memo will remind you, for example, that you or your colleague need to call the prospect.
Document management system	Complete document management system which you can use to manage and query all possible documents. Including version management, linking to user groups, projects, post boxes and validation.
